Return Policy

  • Returns must be received in NEW condition-unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags ATTACHED. There will be no exceptions. It is at the discretion of Calamity Loraine to deny a return if the merchandise is in condition showing damage or use. 
  • Returns are for Store Credit ONLY, provided via gift card to your email. Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color, or any other variation, and/or returning the unwanted item(s).
  • You MUST email us before sending your return in to make sure it is qualified for a return! All sales of merchandise that have been marked down are non-returnable. 
  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 7 business days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your orders tracking number. Should you return an item after this time frame, we cannot accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.
  • We do NOT refund the original cost of shipping or insurance.
  • You will be limited to 7 item returns within a 90-day period (this does not include defective merchandise).
